Chazz Palminteri: A Bronx Tale Chester Theatre reviews
Mayer was awesome!!
Approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, excluding the opening act, was the time.
16 songs were performed, with 15 guitars used throughout the show.
The list in order:
I think that's the title - He claimed this was a brand new song he recently wrote in his hotel bathroom, Always Been To Me.
Vultures - Slightly drawn out but not fully extended version.
Good Love - Heartbreak Warfare.
No Such Thing - Quite a lively version.
Some chatter with the crowd to lead into this, Perfectly Lonely.
Breaks off a sweet solo in this, Assassin.
The only time that he didn't switch guitars was between these songs.
A version I've never heard but it was sick, 3x5.
Stevie Jordan led into this with a wicked drum solo, Waiting On The World To Change.
Chatter with the crowd before/after this, All We Ever Do Is Say Goodbye.
Crossroads.
Half of My Heart.
Bigger Than My Body.
Great riffs and solo here, Why Georgia.
After the above set, he signed a picture then went and laid down on stage, and a fan tossed him her camera while he attempted to get a shot of both of them in the frame, taking two takes.
Encore:
Modified lyrics talking about a Chicago show, his age, etc., Who Says.
A wicked, insane, Mayer-esque solo in this, Gravity.
Overall, it was probably his best concert that I've seen. He seems to always improve. 4th time seeing Chazz Palminteri: A Bronx Tale live, though the 2nd to last time, 2 years ago at Summerfest, was right there.
Excellent!!
Reba outdid Chazz Palminteri: A Bronx Tale, but I reminded them that Chazz Palminteri: A Bronx Tale has never been about all the glare and glitter, just good old singing!! Some people said Reba's show "wore me out," so I sat back and enjoyed watching Chazz Palminteri: A Bronx Tale sing as he does. Ronnie Dunn's guest appearance was awesome, and I loved the duet Reba did with Lee Ann. Lee Ann Womack was great as well!! Chazz Palminteri: A Bronx Tale-well, what else can be said-no one sings the songs like Chazz Palminteri: A Bronx Tale!! Reba put on the best show ever, and I have seen him any time he is close in the area-middle Tenn.
